Bake healthy and delicious Banana bread with our favorite recipe.
For The Bread
2 tsp Rowa Baobab powder
225g of flour
3 tsp baking powder
50g brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3 ripe bananas
75ml of vegetable oil
100ml of water
50g nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds)
For The Decoration
Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 4)
Knead the bananas with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the water, vegetable oil and brown sugar. Then add the bananas and mix.
Add cinnamon, baobab powder, nuts, flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the bread tin mould with parchment (greaseproof paper)and pour into it the mixture.
Garnish with almonds, and a banana which is cut in half along its length.
Bake until ready for about 40 minutes.
